We’d like to express our warm appreciation to the staff of St Theresa’s for the standard of personal and professional care and attention they provided for our Mam during her time there earlier this year. From the initial transition into St Theresa’s, the attention and reassurance they constantly provided made us very comfortable that we’d made the right choice. This period was a very challenging time for us and for our very independent minded mother and the staff made the transition seamless and the experience positive.

In particular we’d like to commend all the staff for their flexibility and responsiveness in meeting our Mam’s needs as well as in reassuring us. In doing this we were continually struck by the genuine one to one personal attention our Mam received.  While demonstrating a level of skill and professionalism they maintained a warmth and friendliness that really made an impression. We’re very happy to recommend St Theresa’s on the basis of this experience particularly with the staff members.

Thanks and warm wishes to all at St. Theresa’s.
